Culinary Students Showcase Skills in Washington, D.C.
Culinary students from Delaware Technical Community College showed off their skills at the 11th annual Taste of Delaware in Washington, D.C., hosted by the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and honorary host U.S. Senator Chris Coons.

World War II Veteran Speaks at Delaware Tech for Veterans Day
Delaware Technical Community College hosted Ray Firmani, a 101-year-old World War II veteran, as part of its Veterans Day programming on Nov. 11. Firmani was a B-17 co-pilot in the 486th Heavy Bombardment Group of the mighty 8th Air Force in World War II.

ChristianaCare Provides Support to Delaware Tech Campus Food Pantries
ChristianaCare has provided Delaware Tech with a $100,000 donation to sustain the College's food pantries, which are located on each campus statewide. The food pantries are operated by Delaware Tech staff and volunteers and provide students with food for healthy meals.
