World War II Veteran Speaks at Delaware Tech for Veterans DayDelaware Technical Community College hosted Ray Firmani, a 101-year-old World War II veteran, as part of its Veterans Day programming on Nov. 11. Firmani was a B-17 co-pilot in the 486th Heavy Bombardment Group of the mighty 8th Air Force in World War II.

ChristianaCare Provides Support to Delaware Tech Campus Food PantriesChristianaCare has provided Delaware Tech with a $100,000 donation to sustain the College's food pantries, which are located on each campus statewide. The food pantries are operated by Delaware Tech staff and volunteers and provide students with food for healthy meals.
